Refund Policy

Simple rules for everything sold on Hidden Sweden. Write to valllentinsaric1@gmail.com with your order email; refunds are paid back through Polar to the original payment method.

Books, bundles and files

• Full refund within 14 days if a file does not open, is incomplete or damaged, is clearly not what the listing described, or you bought the same item twice.
• If you have not downloaded the file yet, you can cancel within 14 days for any reason.
• Errors in a text: we send a corrected file; if we cannot fix it, we refund.

Library passes (subscriptions)

• Cancel any time in the Polar customer portal; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again.
• If the pass does not work for you, ask within 14 days of your first payment and we refund that payment.
• Later renewals are not refunded once the new period has started, unless the pass did not work.

Anything else

If something went wrong and it isn’t covered here, write to us anyway — we will make it right. This policy does not limit your rights under consumer law.
